Major Job Challenges
1. Managing Sales from projects, govt institutions, Contractors or Fabricators

2. Presentation of products to Architects, Builders, Govt. Authorities

3. Analyse customers profile , needs. Profile decision makers. Develop action plan to convert leads based on these

4. Negotiation skills

5. Competitors tracking

6. Manage key accounts

7. Manage dealer network if needed

8. Coordinate with service cell to ensure customers requirements are met

9. Post order management

10. BTL activities if any

11. Collection of dues

1. To achieve sales target in revenue as well as volumes of each product assigned. aligned with respective product line.

2. Meet service level standards by performing Post order Management Activities.

3. Database of Builders, new projects, contractors, architects, in the territory

4. Provide estimate of competitor’s business.

Salary 1 Lac To 2 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
